5 large leaves fresh basil, reserve two for garnish
½ teaspoon cane sugar
1 cup ice
¼ cup SunTropics Calamansi Lime Nectar
¾ cup sparkling cider
1 slice blood orange, for garnish
5 fresh cranberries, for garnish
- In a collins glass, add basil and sugar. Using a wooden pestle (or the handle end of a wooden spoon), muddle basil and sugar until fragrant.
- Add ice, calamansi juice, and sparkling cider. Stir until mixed.
- Top with cranberries and basil for garnish. Place blood orange slice on rim of glass. Serve with a straw.
