This delicious refresher can be made in a glass as a single serving, or is gorgeous in a punch bowl or beverage dispenser for entertaining!
3/4 Cup Sun Tropics Calamansi Lime Nectar
3/4 Cup Lemon-Lime Soda (such as Sprite or 7-Up)
2 T Maraschino Cherry Juice (adjust this amount according to your preference)
1 64 Ounce Carton Sun Tropics Calamansi Lime Nectar
1 2 Liter Bottle of Lemon-Lime Soda
1 Jar Maraschino Cherry Juice
Optional Garnishes: Maraschino Cherries, mint, limes, straws, or anything else you like (we used cherries and pineapple mint).
-If you prefer a less sweet/lower sugar option, try substituting sparkling seltzer water for the lemon-lime soda. Seltzer water has zero sweeteners or calories, and yields a deliciously refreshing, lighter beverage.
-If the seltzer water substitution is a little TOO light for you, but you’d like to cut some of the sweetness, try using half lemon-lime soda, half sparkling seltzer water!
1. Pour Calamansi Nectar into container first. *By including the sparkling soda AFTER the lime juice, it ensures optimal bubbles.
2. Pour the Lemon-Lime Soda over the lime juice (or Sparkling Seltzer, if you are opting for the lighter option).
3. Drizzle the Maraschino Cherry juice into the concoction.
4. Garnish however you like, and enjoy!
