Suntropics Mango Puree Marinade

3 cups SunTropics Mango Juice

2 tbsp fish sauce (found in Asian section)

2 tsp kosher salt

1 tbsp fresh garlic, chopped

8 pcs thinly sliced ginger

4 sprigs mint, torn

1/2 tsp black pepper, ground

 

Mix all ingredients in a sealed plastic bag. Marinade can be made ahead of time and kept refrigerated up to 5 days.  Makes 2 cups of marinade.
