Roasted Crabs with Garlic Calamansi
ROASTED CRABS WITH GARLIC CALAMANSI
You will need:
1 large Dungeness crab, cleaned and sectioned (raw or precooked)
¼ cup Sun Tropics Pure Calamansi
4 tbsp butter
10 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Tear about 20” long foil, place onto lined sheet, place mixture in the center of foil and wrap it up, seal all openings.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer on a serving platter, pour cooking juice on top, arrange and garnish with scallions or herbs (optional).
