Baked Chicken


½ chicken, cut into pieces

2 Tbsp sea salt

1 Tbsp black pepper

2 Tbsp Pure Calamansi

3 Tbsp honey

6 Tbsp Pure Calamansi

2 Tbsp oil


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut chicken into pieces
  3. Coat chicken with sea salt, black pepper, and Pure Calamansi.
  4. Heat oil under high heat.
  5. Sear chicken until brown on all sides.
  6. Place seared chicken in preheated oven for 15 min.
  7. Turn chicken pieces over once.  Add 6 Tbsp Pure Calmansi.
  8. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  9. Serve with rice.
